The Sitter Session

The sitter session is an exciting milestone session offered to babies between 6 to 10 months of age, typically when they are confidently sitting up on their own, completely unassisted, for extended periods, usually more than 20 minutes. This session captures the adorable phase when babies have mastered the art of sitting upright, showcasing their newfound skill with pride and joy.

This session is ideally scheduled before your baby becomes an active crawler. At this stage, babies are usually content to sit and explore their surroundings, making it the perfect time to capture those adorable smiles and expressions.

One of the best parts of the sitter session is the flexibility it offers. If your baby is not quite sitting up confidently yet, don't worry! We can always adjust the session date to accommodate your baby's developmental milestones. Whether your little one is a quick learner or needs a bit more time, we'll work together to ensure the session captures this special milestone in your baby's journey.

If your baby isn't sitting solid leading up to the session, we will adjust the date. Please allow one week notice to reschedule. Milestone sessions are for baby only and do not include parent or family shots.
